Introduction: – Saharsa district’s history is too much old and related with Vaishali republic. This republic was the robustest in North Bihar. In Vaishali republic Apna was a Janpad and Saharsa was the part of this Janpad. It is said to be that Lord Buddha and Lord Mahavira had gone to this district and opened their sermons to local persons of that time. There are some only perennial river names are Kosi Gandak and Bagmati. Kosi is also known as a disaster of Bihar state because due to this river often spoils the human life and property. Gandak River is also running through the south part of this district. Bhulia village is getting fame because it is giving a number of engineers these days.
