About: – Dhanbad is lime lighted city in state of Jharkhand which was formed in 1956. Formerly it was famous as a coal mining area of India. The original name of Dhanbad is Dhanbaid. Dhan is called Paddy and baid is called paddy Land. The total population of Dhanbad district is 1,195,298 and according to population it is 53 biggest cities in all over India. In generating revenue, railway division of Dhanbad is on number second after Mumbai railway division. Communally the people of this district are used to speak Hindi, Bengali, Santhali, English Maghai, and Bhojpuri. Domodar is only a big river which is flowing through this district.
